Marketing Specialist | Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support lead generation, and strengthen our market presence across B2B and B2C segments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing marketing plans to support lead generation and business growth.
• Managing company social media channels and creating engaging content, including project highlights, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Designing marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and product sheets.
• Supporting the Sales team with proposals and client-facing presentations.
• Conducting market and competitor research to support business positioning.
• Coordinating marketing activities with the Sales and Business Development teams.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all company communications and touchpoints.
• Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Reporting marketing activities and results directly to the CEO.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B, construction, lighting, MEP, or other technical industries.
• Strong content creation and graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

• Female candidates are preferred.

• Experience within the lighting, MEP, construction, or contracting industries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis techniques.

• Fixed monthly salary of SAR 5,000.
