Job Summary:You will be the community engagement and marketing specialist supporting the brands in the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia markets. You will serve as the primary community liaison, driving brand awareness and presence throughout the region, while also providing key marketing support to the Marketing Manager. Your role will encompass planning and executing community events, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping to achieve regional business objectives.

Responsibilities:• Community Engagement:o Manage strategic partnerships with local business chambers, community organizations, college and/or professional sports teams within TN, KY, and GA.o Plan and execute community events and activations with partners, aiming for at least 2 external events per month.o Serve as an internal champion of community marketing, maintaining a visible presence and hosting at least 1 employee event per quarter.o Effectively communicate with internal teams and media outlets regarding community engagement activities.o Report on community and media exposure resulting from events and partnerships.o Lead social listening initiatives across the brand(s).• Marketing Support:o Activate marketing tactics, covering traditional and digital channels, to achieve regional objectives and enhance brand visibility.o Execute integrated marketing campaigns, incorporating traditional and digital elements, to generate leads and drive sales.o Develop basic understanding of digital marketing, including paid search, SEO, LSA, and other online channels, to optimize online presence and reach target audiences.o Ensure consistent branding across all channels, maintaining a positive and impactful brand image.o Work closely with the Marketing Manager and local teams to understand market dynamics and tailor marketing initiatives to meet specific needs.o Monitor marketing performance metrics and share findings with the Marketing Manager.Qualifications:• 2-3+ years of PR or marketing experience with increasing responsibility and a proven track record of success.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing• Understanding of marketing principles, including digital channels like paid search, SEO, and LSA• Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.• High attention to detail and quality standards.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong strategic capabilities as well as hands-on tactical ability.• Strong cross-functional management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.• Extensive marketing experience in transactional industry or skilled trades is a plus.• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.• Graphic design and editing skills on social media (and emails as needed) are a plus.Location:• The position will be based in Nashville, TN.
