About this role

เรากำลังมองหาคนที่ชอบทำการตลาดและสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจผ่านกิจกรรมการตลาดต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Webinar, Event, Digital Marketing หรือ Partner Campaign

คุณจะได้ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Sales, Microsoft, Partner และ Agency เพื่อสร้างแคมเปญที่ช่วยเพิ่มลูกค้าใหม่ สร้าง Leads และสนับสนุนการเติบโตของธุรกิจ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
     การตลาดและสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจ (Lead Generation)
  • วางแผนและดำเนินแคมเปญการตลาดเพื่อสร้าง Leads และโอกาสทางธุรกิจ
  • ดูแลกิจกรรมการตลาด เช่น Webinar, Workshop, Seminar, Event และ Digital Campaign
  • ร่วมงานกับทีม Sales เพื่อบริหาร Leads และติดตามผลการขาย
  • พัฒนาแนวทางการสื่อสารเพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพของ Leads และอัตราการเปลี่ยนเป็นลูกค้า
     การจัดกิจกรรมและประสานงาน
  • วางแผนและดูแลการจัด Webinar, Event และกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
  • ประสานงานกับ Microsoft, Partner, Speaker, Agency และ Vendor
  • ดูแลกิจกรรมตั้งแต่การประชาสัมพันธ์ การลงทะเบียน จนถึงการติดตามผลหลังจบงาน
     Digital Marketing & Content
  • จัดทำเนื้อหาและสื่อการตลาดสำหรับ Email, Social Media, Website และ Campaign ต่าง ๆ
  • สนับสนุนการทำโฆษณาผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ เช่น LinkedIn, Facebook และ Google
  • ดูแลและอัปเดตข้อมูลบน Website และ Landing Page
     การวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์
  • ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญการตลาด
  • จัดทำรายงานและข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการตลาด
  • วัดผลด้าน Leads, Conversion และ ROI ของแคมเปญ
คุณสมบัติ
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Marketing, Digital Marketing หรือ Lead Generation 2-5 ปี
  • มีประสบการณ์วางแผนและดำเนินแคมเปญการตลาด
  • สามารถประสานงานกับทีมภายใน ลูกค้า Partner และ Agency ได้ดี
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การวางแผน และการบริหารโครงการ
  • สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและนำผลลัพธ์มาปรับปรุงแคมเปญได้
พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Microsoft, Cloud, AI, Security หรือธุรกิจ IT
  • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานร่วมกับ Microsoft หรือ Partner Program
  • มีความรู้ด้าน CRM, Marketing Automation หรือ Lead Management
  • มีประสบการณ์สนับสนุนทีมขายในธุรกิจ B2B
