Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a motivated and personable Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our team in Fayetteville, NC.

In this role, you will support marketing and promotional initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and represent our clients professionally in the marketplace. You will work closely with the marketing team to help coordinate campaigns, interact with customers, and ensure promotional activities are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Represent client brands professionally during promotional activities and customer interactions.
• Engage with potential customers and clearly communicate key information about products, services, and promotions.
• Support initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals.
• Help coordinate promotional materials and campaign activities.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of Strive Global and its clients.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
• Assist with additional marketing and promotional responsibilities as needed

• Competitive Salary: $41,000 – $45,000 per year.
