About this role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support and improve lead management processes between Marketing and Sales, including lead routing, scoring, qualification, and demand forecasting.
- Monitor lead performance, identify gaps, and work with Sales, Marketing, and BIA teams on corrective actions.
- Provide analytics and actionable insights to support data-driven decisions and improve Marketing ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across lead management processes and tools.
- Support global alignment and process consistency across regions and sales channels.

- Analytical and structured, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Proactive and able to work independently across functions, cultures, and locations.
- A clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and turn business needs into practical solutions.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Marketing, Sales, or a related role.
- Experience with lead management, marketing analytics, or similar business processes.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and experience using data and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with Pardot, Tableau, or similar marketing and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting cross-functional process improvement or change initiatives.
- Experience working in a global organization.
