We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to help us take Tise to the next level 

As Marketing Manager at Tise, you’ll be a key sparring partner to the Head of Marketing and play an important role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy in Norway. You’ll lead the planning and launch of creative and tactical campaigns, ensure our content is cohesive across channels, and analyze results to help us continuously improve.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Brand, Performance, Growth and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience for our users. As Marketing Manager, you’ll also explore new ways to engage and grow the Norwegian Tise community while staying on top of trends and emerging opportunities.

You’ll join an engaged team of more than 20 people across the Nordic countries and work closely with Marketing Managers in our other markets to share ideas and collaborate strategically across countries. This is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position based at our headquarters in Oslo, reporting to the Head of Marketing in Norway.

 What You Will Accomplish:

• Planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and activities for the Norwegian market
• Coordinating, providing feedback on, and maintaining an overview of content across all our channels
• Evaluating campaigns and activities to ensure we meet our goals and continuously improve
• Managing the Norwegian content team
• Collaborating closely with our Brand, Performance, and Growth teams
• Working cross-functionally with teams such as Product and Customer Support to ensure consistent messaging and strong execution
• Exploring new opportunities and channels to grow the Tise community in Norway
  

 What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
• Strong understanding of the Norwegian market and current trends, particularly among young adults
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
• Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, influencers, paid advertising, content, events, etc.)
• An analytical mindset and the ability to evaluate results and optimize based on insights
• A strong creative instinct – what will Tise’s next award-winning campaign be?
• You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects on the go
• A passion for sustainability, fashion, and secondhand – experience in one or more of these areas is a huge plus!
