Our growing hospitality design client is looking for a Marketing Manager to build its marketing function from the ground up — making this the first dedicated marketing hire at the firm.

This is a true opportunity to build the strategy, shape the brand, and leave your fingerprint on how the firm shows up in the market.

What You'll Own:

✨ Marketing, communications & brand strategy

✍️ Copywriting for proposals, presentations, case studies, press materials & more

🌐 Website strategy, content, SEO, analytics & UX

📱 Social media, email campaigns, newsletters & blogs

📰 PR, media relationships, press releases & editorial opportunities

🏆 Award submissions & industry recognition

🎤 Speaking engagements, panels & podcasts for firm leadership

📸 Photography, videography & digital asset management

🤝 Employer branding & recruiting support

📊 Marketing budgets, vendors & the annual marketing calendar

🎉 Events, launches, sponsorships & client celebrations

📚 Post-project content, testimonials & impact reports

What They're Looking For:

• 8+ years of progressive marketing, communications or PR experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, Graphic Design or related field

• Experience in architecture, interior design, hospitality, commercial real estate or professional services strongly preferred

• Strong brand strategy, copywriting, PR/media relations & proposal development skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience

• Experience with CMS/Wix, Salesforce, email marketing, social media & analytics/SEO tools

• Someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically AND getting into the details
