Du möchtest Marketing nicht nur verwalten, sondern aktiv gestalten? In dieser Position steuerst Du unsere Marketingaktivitäten über unterschiedliche Kanäle hinweg – von Strategie und Content über digitale Kommunikation und PR bis hin zu Messen, Website und Vertriebsunterstützung. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Geschäftsleitung, Vertrieb, Produktbereichen sowie externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern zusammen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategie
- Planung und Steuerung von Kampagnen, Produkteinführungen und Online-Marketingmaßnahmen sowie Budgetkontrolle und Erfolgsmessung
- Erstellung und Koordination von Content für B2B- und B2C-Zielgruppen
- Betreuung von Social Media, Website und digitalen Kommunikationskanälen
- Organisation von Messen, Events sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und Medien
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen
- Marketingerfahrung idealerweise im technischen Umfeld, in der Fahrrad-/E-Bike-Branche oder im B2B-Marketing
- Sehr gute Text- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Affinität zu digitalen Medien
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Hand-On-Mentalität
