Marketing Manager

ACG_3797_JOB Our client, who is a fast growing Retail company in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm. Coordinate with and support the Board of Directors in developing Marketing processes and strategies for the eyewear retail chain. Conduct market research, evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing Marketing activities, and coordinate with relevant departments to implement programs aimed at achieving assigned business targets. Develop and manage the company’s digital and social media channels, including Zalo, Facebook, email marketing, website, and other relevant platforms. Develop marketing materials and ensure consistent brand image and communication across all channels. Take responsibility for assigned KPIs and regularly report on Marketing activities and business performance within the areas under direct management. Requirements University degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors. At least 1 year of experience in a Marketing position for an eyewear store or eyewear chain. Good communication skills and flexible problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in teams, with a high sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work. Sensitive to trends and able to identify new Marketing methods or keep up with current trends. Candidates with experience in the aesthetics or healthcare sectors are preferred. Benefits Fixed salary: VND 30,000,000 – VND 35,000,000. Bonus: Based on the incentive mechanism applicable to the Head of Marketing for the eyewear chain. Lunch allowance.
