Job Description

North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT is looking to hire a Full-Time Marketing Manager to join our team. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self.

As the Marketing Manager, you will create and implement marketing strategies that engage customers with the North 40 brand and support the company's growth initiatives. You will lead integrated campaigns across digital platforms, print media, social media, retail, events, and community outreach. Your goal is to ensure that every customer interaction aligns with our brand values and business objectives. Working closely with Merchandising, Retail Operations, E-Commerce, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Creative Services, and Executive Leadership, you'll translate company priorities into compelling customer experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and drive measurable business results.

Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to balance long-term brand building with data-driven decision making. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of progressive marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.
• Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, print, social media, events, and other customer-facing channels.
• Experience developing brand strategy and maintaining consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms and business units.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Experience using customer insights, marketing analytics, and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives while building collaborative partnerships across multiple departments.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships, and marketing technology platforms.
• Strong business acumen with excellent project management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other modern marketing technologies.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, embrace change, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, consumer goods, agriculture, outdoor recreation, sporting goods, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience supporting omnichannel retail marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, SEO/SEM, and digital performance marketing.
