Role Overview

GamePlan Tech is seeking a hands-on, full-stack marketer to help shape and then execute our marketing as a sole contributor. Working closely with Growth leadership, you will suggest and contribute to marketing strategy across inbound and outbound demand generation and sales enablement, and you will drive its day-to-day execution, vendor management, and reporting. This is a builder's role for someone who thinks differently about the modern marketing model, leverages AI in new and innovative ways, and is energized by standing up the systems, playbooks, and metrics that turn marketing into a predictable engine for qualified pipeline.

Desired Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or cloud, spanning full-funnel demand generation.
• Proven ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor who owns both strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Demonstrated competency using AI tools to plan, create, and automate marketing work, and a track record of applying them in practical, measurable ways.
• Experience across inbound and outbound demand generation, content, campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Strong command of marketing systems and CRM platforms (for example HubSpot or Salesforce) and marketing automation.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable defining, instrumenting, and reporting on KPIs that tie marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience selecting and managing external vendors and agencies, and managing a marketing budget.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience marketing to regulated, government, or government-contractor audiences is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Suggest, contribute to, and execute the inbound marketing strategy.
• Suggest, contribute to, and execute the outbound marketing strategy.
• Contribute to and execute sales enablement, equipping the Growth team with the content, tools, and playbooks they need to sell.
• Select, manage, and hold accountable external vendors and agencies.
• Plan, manage, and report out on marketing projects and timelines.
• Define, manage, and report out on marketing KPIs, tying activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack and CRM used to run and measure programs.

• Partner with Growth on playbooks. You collaborate closely with Growth leadership to document and automate the playbooks, and you are equally strong at teaching sales how to use those playbooks consistently.
• Master the enablement systems. You are an expert in the marketing systems of enablement we use, such as the CRM, and you make them the backbone of a repeatable, measurable motion.
• Turn internal expertise into thought leadership. You harvest the vast knowledge that lives inside the company about the industry and our products and translate it into consistent thought leadership, distributed through effective channels such as blogs, LinkedIn, and other avenues.
