About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of retail marketing campaigns, launches, promotions, and marketing plans across showrooms, E-commerce, and Dealer channels.
- Track sales trends, showroom footfall, E-commerce traffic, conversion, customer feedback, and campaign performance, and prepare regular summaries.
- Coordinate with Category, Creative, Content, Digital, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Support showroom activities and customer engagement initiatives aimed at improving footfall and customer experience.
- Coordinate marketing requirements from E-commerce and Dealer teams and incorporate them into relevant campaigns and communication plans.
- Gather business, product, and campaign inputs and prepare structured briefs for execution teams.
- Maintain trackers for marketing activities, timelines, budgets, and pending actions, highlighting delays or variances.
- Work closely with Retail, Category, and MarCom teams and support performance reviews and continuous development of retail marketing capabilities.
- Education: BBA / MBA in Marketing from a reputable university.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, marketing coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement.
