Job Description:

岗位职责

• 为BU Head及团队提供日常行政支持，包括会议安排、团队沟通协调、文件整理及跨部门协作支持；
• 协助业务团队开展各类运营及行政事务，确保日常工作高效运行；
• 支持Monarch Marketing相关项目执行，包括第三方赞助会的筹备与管理；
• 负责市场活动预算统计、活动日历维护及相关数据汇总；
• 协调市场物料制作及发放，跟进内部审批流程（CR）；
• 负责盖章申请及相关合规流程跟进；
• 与市场、财务、采购、合规等团队保持紧密协作，推动项目顺利落地。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历；
• 2年以上行政支持、市场支持或项目协调相关工作经验；
• 了解销售运行过程或支持过销售团队的加分；
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行力；
• 细致认真，能够同时处理多项任务；
• 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel和PowerPoint；
• 具备一定英文读写能力者优先。

备注： 该岗位工作内容约50%为BU行政及运营支持，50%为Monarch Marketing项目及市场运营支持。
