Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads (SEM) campaigns to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Optimise website content, landing pages, and technical SEO to improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns and other digital marketing channels.
- Create marketing content for websites, EDMs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Keep up to date with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO and SEM.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO best practices.
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Familiar with keyword research and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaign performance.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
