About this role
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Business Development:
- Actively build and strengthen connections with global and regional teams for strategic alignment and knowledge exchange.
- Plan and drive local marketing strategies and plan, advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and product management.
- Facilitate effective and fact-based decision making by conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking, and managing internal and external research projects;
- Develop business cases and participate in decision making. Analysis will include market assessments, pricing strategies and cost structure analyses.
- Looking for 3rd party partner to drive sales and business growth in product portfolio, in specific segmentation, through commercial collaboration, co-marketing, product manufacture for localization….and so on.
- Spearhead cross-functional projects and corporate-level special initiatives, including business development opportunities
Product Management:
- Adapt and adopt product marketing strategy in China for different Business Units.
- Responsible for issues related to new product R&D, new product market launch.
- Participate in developing the regional product strategy, and recommend adaptation to the China market.
- Contribute to the product research.
Marketing Communication & PR:
- Help develop key marketing communications plans related to product or/and key product activities or/and launches in China market.
- Guide implementation of marketing activities in China.
- Recommend and coordinate China regional initiatives including market research, advertising, marketing promotions, PR and other marketing related activities in China market.
- Formulate regional marketing budget & planning
- Team build-up and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree electrical engineering/power
- Experience in the low-voltage electrical products industry
- Strong sales and marketing experience in the relevant industry
- Data center experience preferred
- Experience leading a team
