Marketing Demand Generation Partner (Maternity Leave Cover 12+months)

This role provides temporary cover for a Marketing Demand Generation team member during maternity leave. The main focus is to take ownership of active campaigns already in progress, keep delivery on track, and work with internal stakeholders to make updates where needed. The role will also support 2027 marketing and demand generation planning and help execute approved plans with internal stakeholders.

The role supports business growth through integrated marketing and demand generation activity, helping drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline performance. It also helps connect regional and global marketing initiatives so campaigns and communications support measurable demand generation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over and manage ongoing demand generation campaigns already in market or in development

• Support 2027 marketing and demand generation planning with internal stakeholders aligned with business priorities

• Execute approved 2027 plans and related activity with internal stakeholders

• Run integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Adapt and execute global campaigns at regional/local level as needed

• Work with internal stakeholders and local steering groups to keep campaigns aligned and progressing

• Update campaign plans, messaging, tactics, or channel mix when needed to improve performance

• Support activity that contributes to lead generation and pipeline growth

• Help develop and coordinate content for print, digital, internal, and external channels

• Support conferences, trade events, PR/media messaging, and related campaign communications where needed

• Manage or coordinate with external agencies as needed

• Partner with regional business stakeholders on campaigns, events and joint marketing activity

• Track campaign performance and budget and use insights/analytics to improve activity
