Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and organized Marketing & Communication Coordinator to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you will be the backbone of our marketing and communications efforts, coordinating campaigns, managing communications across multiple channels, and supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of marketing materials and communications.

• Coordinate the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create, edit, and proofread marketing content including emails, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner
• Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content
• Support the organization and execution of marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting established timelines
• Support the development of marketing strategies and provide recommendations based on market research and data analysis
• Assist in the customization and distribution of communications to various stakeholder groups

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
• Proficiency with marketing communication platforms and email marketing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling content
• Experience managing social media accounts and understanding of social media best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or willingness to learn (preferred)
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (preferred)
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and brand messaging principles (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned projects
