We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Automation Specialist (or Marketing Operations Engineer) to build, scale, and maintain our marketing infrastructure.

Let's be clear about what matters most: a deep, comprehensive understanding of Meta as a product is an absolute must. If you know Meta inside and out, and you are a fiercely dedicated, relentlessly resourceful person, we can teach you almost everything else. We are looking for someone who doesn't take "no" for an answer from a stubborn API, who takes full ownership of projects from the ground up, and who has the dedication to figure out whatever system stands in their way.

What You Will Do: 

• Design and deploy complex automations for Meta, focusing on automated ad creation, error handling, and customized notification systems.
• Architect and maintain workflows using n8n (or similar automation platforms) to connect disparate marketing systems seamlessly.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for automation projects, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and well-documented.
• Build robust monitoring to catch API failures, handle pagination, and manage rate-limit issues before they impact live campaigns.
• Maintain server-side tracking integrations to ensure uninterrupted data flow.

What You Bring to the Table: 

• Deep Meta Expertise (Non-Negotiable): You have a profound understanding of Meta as a product and advertising platform. You understand how its ecosystem operates, which serves as the foundation for automating it.
• Unrelenting Dedication & Drive: First and foremost, you are a highly self-motivated, dedicated person. You have the hunger to learn, the drive to take ownership, and the adaptability to push through obstacles.
• Technical Tenacity: A solid grasp of APIs, JSON, and request limits. You are adaptable and always find workarounds when systems push back.
• Systemic Thinking: The ability to see the big picture, map out data flows, and design logical, efficient automation architectures.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have, but We Can Train the Right Candidate)

• Experience automating TikTok Ads or other major social and marketing platforms.
• A background in coding (such as JavaScript/Node.js or Python) to handle advanced logic when no-code/low-code tools fall short.
• Familiarity with AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI API) to enhance ad copy, categorization, or decision-making logic.
