Job Description
- Manage all hospital marketing assets and promotional materials.
- Ensure promotional TVs display up-to-date content.
- Maintain brochure racks and information displays.
- Manage inventory of patient giveaways and promotional merchandise.
- Coordinate booth setup for campaigns, exhibitions, and health events.
- Ensure hospital branding is consistent across all physical touchpoints.
- Coordinate production, installation, replacement, and maintenance of marketing materials.
- Liaise with vendors for printing, fabrication, and promotional items.
- Track asset inventory, storage, and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, retail marketing, visual merchandising, events, trade marketing, or brand activation.
- Experience managing physical marketing materials and promotional assets.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, printers, fabricators, and suppliers
- Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or FMCG is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong inventory and asset management skills.
- Good project coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of print production processes and materials.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual merchandising principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
