Market Operations Specialist

About the Role A big game kicks off. A partner’s market goes stale. A complicated edge case needs explaining. You’re the one who keeps things moving. As a Market Operations Specialist, you’re the face of CDNA’s predictive markets to our B2B partners—answering their questions, keeping markets healthy, and making sure the experience on the other side of our exchange reflects the quality we hold ourselves to. You’ll monitor live events in real time, flag liquidity gaps before they become problems, help right settlement language and serve as a reliable point of contact when partners need answers fast. This role doesn’t require a technical background. It requires someone who knows markets, communicates clearly, stays composed when things move fast, and takes pride in making partners feel taken care of.
