About this role
Overview: Drive the successful launch of new products and services in a leading financial institution. As part of a transformation team, you will lead go-to-market execution, business readiness, and adoption—ensuring initiatives deliver real impact to both frontline teams and customers. What You’ll Do: Lead go-to-market planning and execute product launches end-to-end Translate complex changes into clear, actionable business readiness plans Coordinate across business, tech, and operations to ensure seamless roll-outs Drive frontline readiness through training, communications, and engagement Run pilot programs, gather insights, and manage Go/No-Go decisions Support customer activation across digital and service channels Track adoption, performance, and benefits post-launch Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced delivery environment Requirements What We’re Looking For: 3–8 years’ experience in financial services (product, marketing, or change) Hands-on experience in go-to-market or change delivery Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset Familiarity with digital products and Agile environments is a plus Additional Information: Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office) Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred Working within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment
