Job Title: Marcom Associate (Marketing & Communications)
Location: Hyderabad / Hybrid
Experience: 3–5 Years
What this role does: Own content, campaigns, and communication for P99Soft — turning technical jargon into clear, customer-facing messaging across blogs, social, sales materials, and events.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
● Plan and run the monthly/quarterly content & communication calendar
● Write and assist with blogs, case studies, solution briefs, and thought-leadership pieces
● Translate technical details (from SMEs/leadership) into content non-experts can understand
● Repurpose long content into social posts, emails, and campaign assets
● Manage organic social (mainly LinkedIn), including leadership's personal thought-leadership posts
● Coordinate website/landing page content with SEO, design, and web teams
● Support bigger integrated campaigns — social, email, paid, webinars, ABM
● Build sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, case studies
● Coordinate webinars and events (including with tech partners)
● Report on what's working — engagement, leads, business impact
Must-have skills:
● Strong writing/editing (content, copy, technical-to-simple translation)
● B2B marketing & content strategy
● LinkedIn/organic social management
● Sales enablement collateral creation
● Basic SEO & website content coordination
● Campaign coordination & demand-gen basics (personas, ICP, funnels)
● Stakeholder management across sales, SMEs, leadership, design, agencies
Nice-to-have:
● IT/SaaS/Tech Consulting background
● Exposure to GA4, Search Console, CRM/marketing automation
● WordPress/CMS, Canva, email tools, Gen AI tools
● Event/ABM/partner marketing experience
