THE OPPORTUNITY

Assemble and test of all product that are released to the production floor. Follow all work instructions in order to ensure a safe work environment and quality is being achieved throughout the production process.

 

SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble and test all electromechanical assemblies per work instructions.
  • Assemble and test custom-made cables per work instructions.
  • Accurately record work performed and required measurements per manufacturing instructions.
  • Abide by all processes established within the work cell to safely complete all tasks.
  • Maintain a clean work area daily.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Knowledge, Skill & Experience Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in electromechanical and cable assembly in a manufacturing environment.
  • Solder Certification IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 required.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, drawings, wire diagrams, etc. required.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools in a production environment.
  • Willing and able to safely complete all given tasks in order to reach the team/company goals.
  • Individual must be able to maintain professionalism while working in a strong team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-management of daily tasks are required.

 

Work environment 

  • Manufacturing environment.
  • Must wear safety glasses while working in the manufacturing area.
  • Able to display long periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive motion.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
