Manager, Software Engineering

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Engineering Manager at Arc'teryx, you will be for leading and managing a team of software developers and leads in the development and maintenance of our web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will use your advanced technical skills and expertise in web development to guide the team and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will also play a key role in the technology strategy across the end-to-end headless systems that deliver our e-commerce guest experience via web and mobile platforms, ranging from our front-end user experience to our middleware and backend integrations with our ERP. Additionally, you will be an integral part of the technology strategy for Arc'teryx digital properties, contributing your insights and expertise to guide the direction of our web and mobile platforms. Overall, your technical leadership and mentorship will be crucial in driving the success of our digital properties. This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.
