Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven sales performance professional to monitor KPI-based performance, ensure SOP compliance, and lead data-driven initiatives that optimize key account growth and engagement across regions. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to execute impactful campaigns, deliver insightful performance reporting, and build strong relationships with strategic stakeholders to enhance sales effectiveness and visibility nationwide.

What's On Your Plate:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance that is KPI driven.
• Ensure SOP compliance by the sales team and optimize SOP based on practical learnings from sales, logistics, finance, and training.
• Define projects that will optimize key accounts' performance, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews so that Key Accounts have full visibility of their performance across the country.
• Collaborate in the execution of regional campaigns that both impact branding and sales performance.
• Create weekly/monthly performance reports, to track and execut KPIs and SOPs to measure team’s performance.
• Roll out reports for the sales team to manage sales performance.
• Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders of our strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
• 5+ years of BI/analytics with exposure to sales.
• Highly analytical & numbers-driven: cohorts costs/resource allocations and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex relationships.
• Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scopes and tasks.
• Passionate about sales: metrics driven with a deep understanding of branding.
• Product sales expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels.
• Has excellent organizational and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.
