Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Change Management Lead in implementing OCM strategies and plans across multiple tracks.
  • Track and report change management metrics, compile data, and perform impact analysis to monitor adoption progress.
  • Maintain and update detailed OCM plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including readiness assessments, feedback sessions, and communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute communication, training, and resistance management strategies.
  • Prepare standardized templates, reports, and dashboards for change tracking and governance.
  • Provide analytical insights to improve change adoption and address potential risks or resistance.

Qualifications

  • 5–9 years of experience in Organizational Change Management with exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills to support stakeholder alignment and change adoption.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with OCM elements such as communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
