You are the "boots on the ground," ensuring that curriculum, furniture, and essential materials are accurately tracked, delivered on time, and managed in compliance with network-wide standards. You bridge the gap between central operational strategy and the daily realities of school-site performance, directly impacting the staff experience and instructional continuity.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, optimizing inventory accuracy, spatial utilization, and facility layout to maintain maximum workflow efficiency.

  • Manage the physical lifecycle of curriculum and instructional materials, from receipt at the warehouse to final delivery and organization in school classrooms.

  • Oversee the movement, repair, tagging, and retirement of non-tech assets (furniture, office supplies, etc) at the campus level, ensuring all items are documented in Incident IQ (IIQ).

School Operations Support

  • Act as the primary operational partner for campus-based asset leads, providing guidance on workroom logistics, asset tracking, budget execution, and staff support workflows.

  • Monitor and coach campus staff on standard operating procedures for inventory management to ensure consistent operational environments across all assigned schools.

  • Rapidly troubleshoot operational asset hurdles (e.g., procurement bottlenecks, missing materials, facility support needs) to minimize disruptions to the instructional day.

  • Coordinate campus-level execution of school uniform fulfillment and student/staff ID issuance, resolving distribution roadblocks and supporting front-office operations.

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for campus supply chain disruptions or inventory stockouts, rapidly deploying mitigation measures and logging incident details to inform root-cause analysis.

Central Operations Support

  • Manage office supplies, printers, and workroom needs for central offices

  • Manage mail and package receipt and delivery for central office staff

  • Answer central office phones and/or voicemails, routing to appropriate staff member

  • Synthesize feedback from network-wide survey processes to address support gaps and directly impact the Q12 'supplies and materials' engagement metric for central office staff.

Systems & Data Management

  • Act as an expert user of Incident IQ for asset team, ensuring that all operational requests and asset moves are accurately logged, tracked, and updated in real-time.

  • Maintain rigorous data entry practices for all inventory and supply requests, providing the Director with the clean, reliable data needed for network-wide trend analysis.

  • Track and report on campus-specific fulfillment metrics, helping to identify "hot spots" where Q12 supplies and materials sentiment may be at risk.

Network & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Foster a service-oriented mindset on campuses by being a visible, responsive, and solution-focused partner to teachers and school leadership.

  • Implement workplace culture and team recognition framework, designing scalable routines and engagement initiatives that boost morale, foster community, and strengthen central office staff retention.

  • Manage seasonal staff to support summer curriculum and instructional material inventory and delivery
