In this position, you'll drive revenue by negotiating hotel supplier agreements that create value for travelers, suppliers, and Amex GBT alike. As Manager of GSP, you'll lead end-to-end supplier management — from contract negotiation and execution to business development and strategic partnership programs, including our Hotel Growth Initiative (HGI).

What You’ll Do

  • Accelerate Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and drive implementation of incremental revenue opportunities with existing and prospective suppliers
  • Execute Value Delivery: Operationalize supplier value propositions and establish strategies to ensure all business development commitments are realized
  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through innovative engagement approaches and channels beyond conventional sales models
  • Monitor & Forecast Performance: Analyse portfolio metrics, track business performance, and develop revenue forecasts in coordination with the Global Revenue Management team
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate across departments and regions—including Traveler Care, Client Management, Sales, Revenue Management, Meetings & Events, Global Business Consulting, and GBP teams—to align strategies, enhance engagement, and optimize collective outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English (written/verbal); multilingual a plus
  • Commercial, data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Proven negotiator with a track record of structuring and closing strong agreements/deals
  • Strong problem-solving skills; excels in ambiguity and under pressure
  • Deep knowledge of hotels, hotel agreements, and the broader TMC/travel supplier landscape
  • Working knowledge of revenue management and travel tech platforms (GDS, POS, booking tools)
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills across all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and remotely, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments; flexible to travel domestically/internationally
