We are looking for a Manager -Financial Reporting and Consolidation to manage preparation of financials, managing statutory audits, tax audits and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing auditors and audits, Knowledge of Accounting standards, Knowledge of tax laws.
  • Preparation of financials, managing statutory audits, Managing tax audits

Skills & Attributes for success

  • Ability to meet deliverables in a time-bound manner,
  • Managing the queries of the auditors,
  • Problem solver and ability to manage expectations of various stakeholders

Preferred Education & Experience

  • CA with knowledge of accounting standards
  • Knowledge of Companies Act
  • Knowledge of other related compliances
