A. Primary Responsibilities

Strategic
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic key accounts in the B2B segments
  • Support the General Manager in account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity prioritization.
  • Monitor market trends, policy developments, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Finance
  • Deliver sales targets and contribute to overall revenue and margin goals.
  • Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate deals within defined commercial frameworks.
  • Support timely order-to-cash cycles by coordinating with finance for invoicing and collections.
Process
  • Coordinate across internal functions (pre-sales, engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and deal status in CRM systems.
People
  • Serve as a single point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring high satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
