Perform premium accounting, premium finalization and reconciliation across source systems and Oracle Fusion.
Review premium accruals, advance premium balances, and month-end accounting activities.
Handle claims accounting including claim accruals, outstanding claims reconciliation and liability validation.
Process and reconcile reinsurance premiums, claims recoveries and settlement balances.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monitor the ageing of policyholder-related accounts.
Support unclaimed fund reconciliation, policy loan accounting, and statutory compliance activities.
Prepare and validate IRDAI regulatory reports, management reports, and audit schedules.
Coordinate with Actuarial, Claims, Operations, Compliance, Tax, IT and Audit teams.
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
