About this role

The Enablement Offshore Team Lead is responsible for leading the offshore Enablement team, ensuring the efficient, high-quality and consistent delivery of operational, governance, product, process and data services that support UK Learning.

The role acts as the day-to-day operational leader for the offshore Enablement function, translating priorities set by the Head of Enablement & Insights into executable workplans and ensuring delivery against agreed service levels, quality standards and business outcomes.

The individual will play a critical role in enabling UK Learning to operate efficiently at scale whilst maintaining regulatory compliance, operational excellence and a positive stakeholder experience.

 

The role holder will be responsible for:

•Leading and managing the offshore Enablement team, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and performance management.
•Ensuring the effective delivery of learning operations, administration and enablement activities that support UK Learning.
•Coordinating offshore resources across:
•Enablement Project Administrators
•Product and Process Specialists
•Data and Reporting resources
•Learning Operations support roles
•Additional offshore enablement resources as required. [
•Managing workload allocation, capacity planning and resource utilisation across the offshore team.
•Ensuring work is delivered to agreed service levels, quality standards and timelines.
•Acting as the primary escalation point for operational and service-related issues within the offshore Enablement team. 
•Leading evaluation and measurement frameworks to improve understanding of learning outcomes and effectiveness.ocess support and continuous improvement activities. •Partnering closely with Enablement Consultants and UK Learning stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
•Supporting learning operations activities including request management, administration, scheduling processes, reporting, evaluation and governance activities.
•Driving operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and streamline processes.
•Supporting the production of management information, dashboards and performance reporting.
•Ensuring accurate data management and adherence to established data quality standards.
•Supporting regulatory, risk and compliance requirements, including learning governance and quality assurance processes.
•Driving a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence within the offshore team.
•Contributing to transformation initiatives, system enhancements and process improvement programmes across the Enablement & Insights function.
