Delivery Manager (Manager role)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of product rollouts across audit business units, ensuring readiness of people, processes, and platforms.

• Develop and manage adoption strategies including stakeholder engagement, user training, onboarding pathways, and feedback mechanisms.

• Work closely with product, engineering, change, and training teams to tailor delivery approaches that align with end-user workflows and regional nuances.

• Track adoption metrics and KPIs, identify barriers to usage, and lead targeted interventions to drive uptake and satisfaction.

• Coordinate pilots, proof-of-concepts, and early access programmes with audit teams to test and refine solutions prior to wider deployment.

• Develop and maintain artefacts such as adoption playbooks, enablement toolkits, FAQs, and knowledge resources to support scaling.

• Serve as a central point of contact for business stakeholders, representing the voice of the user in AI/ML delivery and product decisions.

• Support post-implementation reviews and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI from initiatives.

Other responsibilities will typically include accountability for leading and supervising teams; providing technical, risk & compliance management, operational and quality management support; project management including budgeting and planning; internal and external senior stakeholder management and delivery of quality reports; and some performance management responsibilities.

 

Experience & Knowledge Requirement - Required

  • Significant experience in technology adoption, programme delivery, or change management in data science, AI/ML, or analytics environments.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (ideally with exposure to AI/ML products) and the challenges of operationalising technology (particularly AI) in regulated or professional services settings.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional delivery and managing stakeholder relationships in complex organisations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and user advocacy skills.
  • Experience using change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and agile delivery methodologies.
  • A professional accountancy qualification from a recognised accountancy body is desirable but is not essential.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or a related field; certifications in Agile or Change Management preferred.
