Maintenance & Repair Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs to ensure safe and efficient production. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Identify equipment issues and assist with breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Inspect equipment and report defective parts, maintenance concerns, and unsafe conditions.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, equipment adjustments, and part replacements.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure, perform basic math, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift 10–75 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, and climbing.
• Ability to work around machinery, noise, and airborne particles.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
