Global SQW team tasks

• 顧客グローバル品質トピックスの顧客窓口　
• 顧客品質実績データの分析と社内品質レポートの発行、品質改善計画作成支援
• 品質に関する活動の推進/サポート
• ワランティ費用削減活動の推進、顧客との交渉
• 各種顧客依頼事項への対応/サポート
• 海外の品質部門チームのサポート及び取り纏め　
• 顧客品質監査/会議　支援対応　
• 新製品のSafe Launch（初期流動）活動
• 顧客要求事項の分析/評価、社内Toolへの対応　

• Customer window about quality topics
• Cockpit charts – monitoring of Bosch-performance (quality, costs, special/customer KPIs,...)
• Initiate & coordinate quality projects with OEM (e.g. 3MIS S&C reduction….)
• Negotiation of warranty reimbursements (e.g. commercial agreement), „service actions“ payments & recalls, support commercial handling of warranty costs
• Support of general / non project specific customer requirements
• Coordinate Global Quality team
• Support and coordinate of customer visit and meeting (audit)
• Planning & defining of launch support activities
• Enter generic customer requirements into Bosch Data Tool and ensure completion of requirements evaluation

資格

必要要件　

• 各ITツール、システムを率先して習得できる能力・意欲
• 英語力/日本語
• 社内、顧客とのコミュニケーション力

• 品質保証関連業務の経験（市場/0km不具合対応、改善活動、品質監査等）
• 改善活動への参加、推進実績
• 顧客との交渉スキル

MUST:

• Ability and motivation to take the initiative in learning IT tool and system
• English/Japanese skill
• Communication skills within the company and with customers

Additional recommended skill

• Experience in Quality assurance work (Quality audit. Leading improvement activities)
• Experience of improvement activity
• Negotiation skills with customers
