Role : Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities Summary :

Supports and assists the export and freight specialists & in executing all planned and ad hoc project logistics activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds relation and keeps contact with relevant customs and certification agents
• Coordinates all deliveries with the customer, including shipment schedules, to meet contract agreements
•  Coordinates with logistics team in delivery of equipment
• Coordinates the company's largest and high-risk project in terms of import complexity
• Coordinates local transportation of equipment from point of import to site in order to secure timely and cost-efficient delivery
• Coordinates with project manager regarding logistic issues
• Participate in execution of projects and shipments at an operational level when necessary
• Keeps contact with internal technical departments and suppliers to ensure delivery of required technical documentation for import and operation of the equipment
• Keeps contact with supplier to ensure delivery of required documentation
• Prepares - in cooperation with the customer storekeeper - the preparation and structuring of storage capacity on site in order to secure efficient handling via storage
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

 What you bring

• 2 + years’ experience in logistics
• Should have prior experience & knowledge in handling shipping documentation & logistics regulations within Kazakhstan.
• Knowledge in MS-Excel/ Word proficiency is essential.
• Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantage
