About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation providers.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and import/export paperwork.
- Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders accordingly.
- Assist in planning and optimizing logistics routes and schedules.
- Track inventory movements and support warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare reports as needed.
- Resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Good knowledge of shipping documentation and customs regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics is a plus.
