In our Logistics Control Center, you'll ensure that our highly automated warehouse operations run smoothly. You'll coordinate processes, monitor performance, and make real-time decisions that keep thousands of customer orders moving every day. Working closely with different departments, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role:

As a Logistics Control Operator, you'll be at the operational heart of our distribution center. You'll oversee warehouse processes, identify bottlenecks before they become issues, and ensure our systems and workflows operate efficiently. Together with the Logistics Management and Maintenance teams, you'll make real-time decisions that help ensure thousands of customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control warehouse operations through our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure a smooth material flow.
• Continuously oversee our automated systems and proactively respond to technical issues or process deviations.
• Analyze operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and initiate appropriate actions.
• Work closely with Logistics Management and the Maintenance team to resolve operational disruptions and bottlenecks quickly.
• Prioritize workflows to help achieve our service, quality, and performance targets.
• Track operational data and contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse processes through reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

About You:

• You remain calm under pressure and are able to make well-informed decisions in dynamic situations.
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a structured and solution-oriented way.
• You're interested in logistics processes and are eager to understand how a modern, automated warehouse operates.
• You have experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• You have a good technical understanding and are comfortable learning new systems.
• You have good communication skills in both German and English.
• You're willing to work in shifts.
