Job Description

• Daily monitoring for loading and expected deliveries in a special transport system
• Daily monitoring for expected deliveries in SAP
• Preparing reports for future deliveries – (SAP + excel+ transport system)
• Declaration, confirmation and in some cases correction in the site of ANAF
• Communication with foreign factories for documents set preparation/information shared
• Communication with carriers and the team responsible for the transport system in case there is some mismatch (f.e. the loading date is in the past; the delivery date is in the past but the stock is not delivered yet). Optional: communication with the warehouse and the transport company for additional details – information, documents etc.

Qualifications

• English – mandatory (written and spoken)
• Good Excel skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work within strict deadlines
• Good organization and communication skills
