Role Overview 

DATAmundi is seeking experienced Localization PM/QA Project Managers to support a leading global technology client in delivering multilingual Growth Marketing campaigns and digital content at scale. 

This role combines localization project management and localization quality assurance responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage campaign localization workflows, coordinate tasks inside the client’s systems, support linguistic and functional QA, track issues and risks, and ensure responsive communication across stakeholders. 

This is a remote role requiring consistent availability during PST working hours. The role operates as an extension of the client’s internal teams and requires strict adherence to client workflows, tools, CMS processes, approval frameworks and data handling requirements. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end localization workflows for marketing campaigns and product/content release cycles, from intake and planning through execution, QA validation and delivery. 
  • Ensure localization readiness by identifying workflow, content, stakeholder, tool, quality and internationalization considerations early in the process. 
  • Manage high-volume multilingual content across multiple markets and languages, balancing concurrent priorities, tight deadlines and strict SLAs. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, vendors, reviewers and international QA teams to ensure seamless execution across localization programs. 
  • Own and manage Localization QA workflows, including linguistic QA, functional validation, UI/UX review, layout checks, bug triage and issue resolution. 
  • Review and validate localized content to ensure linguistic quality, brand consistency, cultural appropriateness, terminology accuracy and alignment with client style guidelines. 
  • Track project status, defects, risks, blockers and dependencies with precision, ensuring clear documentation, timely
    escalation and rapid resolution.
     
  • Monitor SLAs, turnaround times, quality metrics, production performance and issue trends, driving accountability and continuous improvement. 
  • Support structured reporting, KPI tracking and stakeholder updates, communicating progress, risks and performance insights clearly to enable informed decision-making. 
  • Contribute to workflow optimization, scalable QA practices and automation/process improvement initiatives that improve localization efficiency, quality and responsiveness. 


Required Qualifications 

  • Availability to work remotely with full coverage of PST business hours. 
  • Min. 4-5 years of experience in localization project management, Localization QA, or a hybrid localization operations role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Experience managing high-volume, multilingual localization programs with tight release cycles, strict SLAs and multiple concurrent priorities. 
  • Hands-on experience coordinating Localization QA workflows, including linguistic QA, software localization testing, development lifecycles, marketing campaign localization and/or product release cycles. 
  • Experience with localization tools, CMS environments, CAT tools, terminology management, bug tracking systems, dashboards and reporting tools. 
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and sound linguistic judgment. 
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, including client teams, internal teams, vendors, reviewers and QA teams. 
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in complex client environments, internal tools and structured production workflows.
