Position Overview This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week with a paid lunch. You'll work closely with administrators, teachers, and student support staff to address students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs while promoting overall student well-being and success. Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Previous school counseling experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school personnel. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Counselor endorsement. Commitment to supporting the academic achievement and emotional well-being of middle school students.
