KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the organization, sorting, inventory, and administrative management of the Linen Room department.

  • Ensure the flawless quality, cleanliness, and presentation of all hotel linen, guest laundry, and staff uniforms.

  • Manage the distribution of linen to the Housekeeping staff and handle guest dry cleaning requests with utmost care.

  • Control the quality of work from external laundry providers and report any discrepancies or damages.

  • Anticipate and adjust linen stock levels based on hotel occupancy and daily business activity.

  • Carry out small sewing adjustments, ironing, and repairs on linens or guest garments when required.

  • Ensure strict compliance with Barrière Group procedures, hygiene protocols, and LQA (Luxury Quality Assessment) standards.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • You possess strong organizational skills and are fluent in English (knowledge of Greek is a strong plus).

  • Your natural eye for detail, team spirit, knowledge of luxury fabrics, and strong customer focus are your strengths.

  • We are looking for someone with at least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Lingère or Linen Room Attendant in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.

  • Your “Plus”? You have mastered the art of fabric care and sewing, with a deep appreciation for French refinement.

Starting date: ASAP until mid-October. 

Job type: Seasonal.

Salary: 1300€ - 1350€ net / monthly.
