Job Duties

Line Cook Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality food according to Oregano's standards.
  • Efficiently manage assigned cooking station to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a seamless dining experience.

Line Cook Requirements

  • High-volume line cook experience preferred.
  • Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification.
  • Must be at least 16 years-old and 18 years old to operate certain equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
