Maximizar a conversão e produtividade das jornadas de Crédito Imobiliário por meio da identificação de gargalos, análise de causa raiz, funil de vendas, priorização de oportunidades e coordenação transversal entre Produto, Operação, Dados, Tecnologia e parceiros estratégicos.

Responsabilidades:

 Monitorar indicadores E2E das jornadas; Identificar desvios de conversão; Liderar análises de causa raiz; Integrar informações de Dados Santander e Parceiros

Internos e Externos; Priorizar oportunidades de ganho; Construir business cases; Garantir evolução contínua da jornada; Coordenar fóruns de performance; Medir impacto financeiro das iniciativas.

É responsável por: Identificar problemas no funil; Priorizar; Mobilizar; Cobrar execução; Medir resultado.

Para esse papel valorizamos:

  • Experiência em análise de performance, funil de vendas e indicadores de conversão.
  • Capacidade de identificar gargalos, conduzir análises de causa raiz e priorizar oportunidades.
  • Experiência na construção de business cases e mensuração de resultados.
  • Habilidade para atuar com múltiplos stakeholders e coordenar iniciativas transversais.
  • Conhecimento em análise de dados e ferramentas de BI (Power BI, SQL ou similares).
  • Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a resultados.

Desejável: experiência em Crédito Imobiliário ou mercado financeiro.
