A Iron Mountain está em busca de um Líder Documental experiente e motivado para integrar nossa equipe de Operações.

Nesta função, você será responsável por planejar e liderar o trabalho das equipes de operações, garantindo a conformidade aos processos de produção e qualidade, dentro dos padrões e políticas do cliente (Tribunal de Justiça) e da empresa. Você atuará como o principal ponto de referência para a tipificação, análise de qualidade e organização de processos judiciais.

NESTE PAPEL VOCÊ IRÁ

  • Liderar e desenvolver pessoas, sendo responsável por delegar atividades, monitorar a produtividade individual, fornecer feedbacks constantes e mediar conflitos para garantir um ambiente de trabalho de alta performance.

  • Colaborar com clientes internos e externos por meio da elaboração de relatórios diários de produção, garantindo que os níveis de serviço acordados (SLAs) sejam atingidos e acompanhando a implantação de novos serviços e projetos.

  • Garantir a conformidade técnica e legal das atividades de catalogação e arquivamento, supervisionando a triagem, higienização, temporalidade e o cadastro correto de documentos nos sistemas específicos do Tribunal de Justiça.

O CANDIDATO IDEAL TERÁ:

  • Experiência em gestão de pessoas ou controle e planejamento de produção no setor documental;

  • Sólido conhecimento técnico em Direito, com foco em organização, tipificação e temporalidade de processos judiciais;

  • Capacidade comprovada em liderança e organização, demonstrando proatividade, foco em resultados e domínio intermediário do Pacote Office;

  • Ensino Superior em andamento no curso de Direito (a partir do 5º semestre).
