Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or healthcare provider.

• Monitor, record, and report patient conditions, including vital signs and observations.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and care planning.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and care plans.

Compensation

Competitive compensation is based on experience, specialty, and role.

• Acute Care: Starting rates from $26.50-$36.90/hour

• Continuing Care: Starting rates from $26.50-$42.85/hour

• Medical Group / Outpatient Practices: Starting rates from $25.90-$36.90/hour
