Review and advise on gold loan products, processes, and customer journeys. ? Support business teams on branch operations, loan origination, disbursement, renewals, auction processes, and recovery matters. ? Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
Documentation & Contract Management	? Draft, review, standardize, and negotiate: Gold Loan Agreements Pledge Forms Security Documents Auction Terms & Conditions Vendor and Service Agreements Branch Lease Agreements Empanelment Contracts Customer Communication Templates ? Ensure documentation remains legally enforceable and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Regulatory & Compliance Advisory	? Advise business teams on: RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs Fair Practices Code KYC/AML requirements Customer grievance management Outsourcing guidelines Data privacy and information security requirements ? Monitor regulatory developments impacting the Gold Loan business and drive necessary changes.
Legal Risk Management	? Assess legal implications of new products, processes, and initiatives. ? Review policies, SOPs, and operational manuals from a legal perspective. ? Support risk assessments and internal control reviews. ? Develop preventive legal risk mitigation measures.
