  • Legal Counsel – Schwerpunkt: Vertragsrecht (m/w/x) Möchten Sie die Zukunft von ZEISS mitgestalten? In dieser anspruchsvollen und spannenden Position sind Sie für die Rechtsberatung in einer ZEISS Sparte verantwortlich und fungieren als Bindeglied zur Konzernfunktion Recht und Patente. In dieser Rolle betreuen und beraten Sie verschiedene Fachabteilungen in wirtschafts- und gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie bei der Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern.

  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Erarbeitung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen in einem internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld mit den Schwerpunkten Forschungs- und Entwicklungsverträge, sowie Einkaufs- und Vertriebsverträge

  • Allgemeine juristische Beratung der betreuten Bereiche, vorwiegend bei Managemententscheidungen

  • Beratung der Fachabteilungen bei der Geltendmachung und Abwehr von Ansprüchen

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung neuer Gesetze

Ihr Profil

  • zwei juristische Staatsexamina oder eine vergleichbare internationale Qualifikation

  • idealerweise bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3-5 Jahre) in einer international tätigen Kanzlei oder einem Industrieunternehmen

  • umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich IP, Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie im internationalen Vertragsrecht

  • Verständnis für digitale Abläufe und Informationstechnologien

  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
