Learning and Development Generalist  

Your Perspectives: 

All'interno della funzione Human Capital, e in particolare nel team L&D Digital, Operations & Global, ti potrai occupare di pianificazione, organizzazione e analisi degli eventi formativi. In particolare, avrai l’opportunità di: 

  • gestire tutti gli aspetti operativi dei corsi, sia in aula che online (pianificazione partecipanti, gestione degli aspetti logistici, gestione delle presenze e delle cancellazioni, assistenza in aula e virtuale, pianificazione e gestione dei trainer interni/esterni, assegnazione della formazione online); 

  • gestire Trainer per informazioni, spostamenti, cancellazioni e contatto diretto per informazioni logistiche, raccolta materiali, spostamenti. 

  • garantire la messa in onda e il monitoraggio dei corsi; 

  • gestire gli inviti e i feedback tramite il sistema. 

Your unique strengths: 

  • Hai maturato esperienza nell'ambito degli eventi formativi; 

  • possiedi una laurea in discipline economiche, umanistiche o giuridiche; 

  • hai una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di PowerPoint e Excel); 

  • hai buone capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione; 

  • hai solide competenze comunicative e relazionali;

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al:

- 3° livello CCNL Commercio (28.000€-30.000€)

L'offerta finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse.

È inoltre prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo di 1.500€.
