Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our Houston team.

This position is designed for individuals interested in developing practical leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills. The Leadership Development Trainee will work alongside experienced team members, participate in daily operations, support team initiatives, and gradually take on greater leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, professional, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
